We believe that reading can change young peoples lives and so focusing on reading was a no brainer for us.
We use the Reading Revolution, created by Dr. Chike Akua but adapted to meet the UK curriculum. The Reading Revolution introduces children to the best of our history and culture. Students will learn how Africans from Africa and the diaspora achieved and contributed to the world at large.
Research has shown that there is an improvement in student’s character and performance when children have a deep connection with their history.
